Our Mission

To take the uncertainty out of building.

We exist to give homeowners and investors a builder they can actually trust one that turns up, does what it says, builds to standard, and finishes what it starts. Every project runs on a clear scope, a fixed price and an honest timeline, delivered by a team that's accountable from first assessment to final sign-off. We hold every job to the same standard we set on our own portfolio because we build for ourselves too, and we won't put our name to anything we wouldn't accept on our own properties.

Our Vision

Erigo comes from the Latin erigo "to raise, to elevate, to build upward." That's the ambition beyond any single project.

We want to raise the standard of what people in London expect from a builder: to show that construction can be transparent, reliable and genuinely accountable, in a market where too often it isn't. As we grow our own developments and our clients' projects alike our aim is to build a company known not for the work it promises, but for the work it delivers, and to be the builder people come back to and recommend for years to come.
